On a completely unrelated note, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!! I was pleasantly surprised when Jer gave me roses -- as formulaic as that gift is, I still felt a bit mushy inside. :) They're beautiful! We keep vowing that someday we'll have a proper date night, so I figured we'd just delay the celebrating until we could get someone to watch the kids. So, truly, the roses were a surprise. Thanks, Jer! Due to our understated nature as a couple, I won't profess my undying love for you on the blog -- that'll be for later. ;)

BTW on a totally "unrelated" note - my nephew couldn't say holli so he used to call me aunt hottie. He is my favorite kid to hit the planet!
